Application and Eligibility

To be eligible for scholarship funding, you must complete the 91影视 Scholarship Application and have a current application on file with the admissions office.

The link to the 91影视 scholarship application is located on the Financial Aid Links Card in your . Students can begin submitting October 1st each year, for next academic year. Refer to our Scholarship webpage for important application deadline dates.

Scholarships

BankFirst Duane Acklie Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any Agriculture or Finance program of study.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Barbara K. Kanter Annual Scholarship

Qualifications: 

  1. Students must be enrolled in any Business, Marketing, & Management field of study or Agribusiness program.  
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.  
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. 

Black Hills Energy Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any Business, Marketing, Economics, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and Construction Management.
  2. Preference is given to students that reside in Black Hills Energy communities.
  3. Preference is given to students with leadership and community involvement.
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Business Programs Endowed Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any business program.
  2. Students must be sophomores.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Dr. Allen P. & Gertrude W. Burkhardt Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any transfer program.
  2. Students must be residents of 91影视 Nebraska.
  3. Students must be in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Erma & Frank Moore Business Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in any Business program.
  2. First preference given to students who graduated from Battle Creek.
  3. Second preference given to students who graduated from 91影视 20 county service area.
  4. Students must be enrolled full time.
  5. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  6. Students must show financial need.

Great West Casualty Company Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Business programs.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Accounting programs.
  3. Students must be first-generation college students.
  4. Students must be enrolled in courses at the South Sioux City College Center.
  5. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  6. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  7. Students must show financial need.

Greg Weidner Memorial / Greg & Karen Weidner Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Agriculture, Accounting, Practical Nursing, Nursing (ADN), or Utility Line.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

John & Vickie Sehi Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in fields of study related to Business, Marketing, and Management.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Linda Janulewicz Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Administrative Professional.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Lyle Droescher Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Business.
  2. Students must be residents of 91影视 20 county service area.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Marianne Thoendel Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration.
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

McMill CPA’s & Advisors Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Accounting.
  2. Students must be residents, or a High School graduate of 91影视 20 county service area.
  3. Students must be sophomores.
  4. Preference given to students transferring to Wayne State College.
  5. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  6. Students must have a High School or College GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Nebraska Independent Community Bankers Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Business Banking.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Agribusiness.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Nebraska Open Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Accounting, Pre-Engineering, Journalism, Political Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Administrative Assistant Training, Utility Line, Plant Operations, Drafting, Electrical Construction and Control, Electromechanical Technology, or Machining and Manufacturing Automation.
  2. Students must be residents of Nebraska.
  3. Students must be enrolled full time.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Students must show financial need.

Nebraska Society of CPAs Annual Scholarship 

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in the Accounting AA program of study.  
  2. Students must be sophomores.  
  3. Students must indicate intention of transferring to a four-year Nebraska institution in accounting studies.  
  4. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits. 
  5. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. 

Parker Family Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference given to students enrolled in Drafting.
  2. Second preference given to students enrolled in Business.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA 3.0 or higher.

Scherer Accounting Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Accounting (AA, AS, Diploma, or Cert).
  2. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Siouxland Federal Credit Union Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. First preference is given to students that are employees or family of an employee at Siouxland Federal Credit Union.
  2. Second preference is given to Business students enrolled at the College Center that shows need.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Stan & Cindy Christensen Family Scholarship

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in accounting.
  2. Students must be enrolled full time.
  3. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  4. Students must show financial need.

Qualifications:

  1. Students must be enrolled in Business programs.
  2. Students must be at sophomore status.
  3. Students must be enrolled in at least six credits.
  4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
