The official method of all financial aid communication is through your My 91影视 account. Requests for additional information, your financial aid award, and any other communication regarding your financial aid is accessed through your My 91影视 account. It is your responsibility as a student to check your email and review your account periodically.

The first step in applying for federal financial aid is completing the . Starting on October 1 of each year, students can complete the FAFSA for the following academic year.

On October 1st each year, students can apply for scholarships for the upcoming academic year through the online Scholarship Application located on . Students who complete the FAFSA may be selected for Federal Verification. This requires the Financial Aid Office to confirm the information submitted on their FAFSA. Students may be required to submit additional documents prior to having their financial aid awarded. Notification of requirements will be emailed and displayed on the Financial Aid section of . Students must report all outside scholarships and other resources awarded from individuals, non-profits, high schools, etc. Federal regulations require 91影视 to include these resources when determining a student's Federal Student Aid eligibility. Report outside scholarships by completing the Outside Scholarships and Other Resources form via the platform on My 91影视.
Outside scholarship checks payable to the student and 91影视 should be endorsed and submitted to the Financial Aid office.
Students will receive an e-mail notification to view their account balance in the Payments & Billing section of . All balances are due for tuition & fees (housing & meals if applicable) on the first day of the term. Expected financial aid will be authorized on your student account at the beginning of August. Financial aid refers to the approved grants, scholarships, and loans that are officially slated to apply toward your student account. It represents the funds that will be disbursed to your student account 14 days after the start of the term. Authorized aid will be considered as payment by our Student Accounts office.

- Attendance
Students are expected to start and attend their classes. The consequences for non-attendance can be found on the Student Attendance page. When a student fails to attend a class(es) their financial aid is subject to recalculation. - Satisfactory Academic Progress
91影视 is required to establish minimum academic standards that students must meet to be eligible or maintain eligibility for federal, state and institutional aid. Student should review the Satisfactory Academic Progress page. - Return of Title IV Funds
Students receiving financial aid who withdraw or stop attending, will be subject to a Return of Title IV funds calculation established by The Higher Education Act. It is important to review our Return of Funds Policy page.
- Federal Work Study
Federal Work Study (FWS) provides part-time employment for students with financial need to earn money and gain valuable work experience. . If Federal Work Study is not displayed in the award offer, please contact the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility. - Direct Parent PLUS Loan
A parent who wishes to borrow a Direct Plus Loan will need their student to accept the award on the student’s My 91影视, and then the parent needs to complete the PLUS application and Master Promissory Note on with their FSA username and password. - Payment Plan
91影视 provides the option for students/parents to enroll in a monthly payment plan. Information on the Nelnet Campus Commerce Payment Plan can be found on the Payment Plan page. - Private Alternative Student Loan
A student may choose to borrow a private student loan in addition to or in lieu of Direct Loans. .
- Purchase textbooks using financial aid
Students with more financial aid than their semester charges may purchase textbooks and course related supplies with excess aid at the 91影视 Hawk Shop the week before the semester begins, through the first Friday of the semester. . - Enroll in Direct Deposit
Students may enroll in direct deposit to streamline and expedite the release of any type of refund. View more information on direct deposit. - FERPA
Under FERPA, financial aid and billing information may only be released to the student. If a student wishes to release information to a third-party, a Release of Information must be completed. For more information, review the FERPA page.
