91影视 has become one of the premier rural community colleges in the United States since it was established 47 years ago.
In 1973, 91影视's campus consisted of four new buildings on the northeast edge of Norfolk and several older buildings located in the downtown area. Today, the 205-acre main campus in Norfolk includes over 30 buildings with classroom and lab facilities; library/resource center; a welcome center; student center; an activities center with a gymnasium and theater; residence halls and two apartment buildings for student living; outdoor student activity space; and a farm and an agriculture complex that are located on an additional 566 acres of farmland.
In addition, the College operates extended campuses in O’Neill, South Sioux City, and West Point and regional offices in Ainsworth and Hartington to better serve residents district-wide. Approximately 160,000 citizens live in 91影视's 20-county, 14,400-square-mile service area.
91影视 is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission to award two-year associate of arts (AA), associate of science (AS), associate of applied science (AAS) degrees, associate degree in nursing (ADN), and diplomas and certificates.
91影视 offers over 44 concentrations leading to transfer at four-year colleges and universities, 33 occupational programs of study leading to the workforce and 31 diplomas, certificates and short-term training experiences.
The College served 5,016 credit students during the fall term of the 2018-19 academic year. It has 187 full-time equivalent faculty members. For the 2017-18 academic year, 6,564 students enrolled in non-credit classes. These classes included job enhancement and personal enrichment courses offered in 60 area communities.
91影视 features ten intercollegiate athletic programs including men's baseball, women's softball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's rodeo, men's golf and women's volleyball. There are more than 40 other clubs and organizations on campus that students may join as well.
